Based on the 1952 Academy Award nominated, Jack Hannah directed cartoon in which a stork delivers a lion cub to a flock of sheep by mistake. Bkg. scene is a float designed like a hill with front plaque that includes wolf images. There are four relief mounted pins including Lambert as a full grown lion at the top of the hill and depicted as a king in crown and robe, mother sheep, group of lambs and delivery stork. At bottom center is 1” medallion pin with image of Mickey and text “Disney’s Pin Trading Around The World.” Also a very limited edition of just 50 and issued at $175. It was an instant sell-out. Artist was Ralph Kent. Comes with certificate and original box. Mint and ready for display. A much sought-after item in the pin collecting community.
