When the tab on far left is pulled down a tin die-cut of Hitler's head with a swastika on his chest rises up as if he is being hung. As typical due to the moving action a hairline of black paint is off his hair but overall piece remains clean and Exc. Curl is inscribed "Pat. Applied For Evans Novelty Co. Chicago." The item was originally sold with a red string to activate the piece but this example has a black nylon cord replacement. A WWII classic in great condition as they come.
