Item Description
Lot of three glossy photographs, each about 7.5x9.5". These are from a 1930s vaudeville show that featured people in Disney costumes and the like. Pencil notation on reverse of each noting show name "Mickey Mouse Idea" and other information including reference of "See Ads In Book & Thomas Walt Disney Photo Section." These are original/vintage stills. One image is marked "Archer's Studios MM-14 Hollywood" and this features a female scarecrow doing a leg kick over a crouching Pluto. Second photo features Mickey & Minnie. Third photo is the most interesting (or bizarre) and shows Mickey holding a rifle aimed at a real skunk. Pluto crouches near the skunk. Mickey/Minnie photos appear to have margin trim, the other two have small corner tip off. All have handling wear. Overall Fine appearances and great items for framing. All are first we've seen in our 45 years. From The Bruce Cervon Collection.
