Item Description
See following related item. This 1.5" real photo sepia has a metal covered back with name of maker in Baltimore J.T. Selby. The button is c. 1904. Bostock was known as the "Animal King" (see following item) and he appeared at many places across the country during the early 1900's including Coney Island, New York City, and World's Fairs such as Buffalo, 1901. Here he is surrounded by ten different animal photos. Cello surface is just a hair concave on the lower portion but this is extremely trivial and the piece displays Mint. Our last example about three years ago reached nearly $200.00.
