Item Description
7/8" c. 1900 without backpaper or button maker's name but featuring a smiling Palmer Cox style Brownie wearing a stocking style hat with tassel. Celluloid has quite a few surface scratches but they only show in reflected light and the piece still displays clean and Exc. Rare.
