Item Description
7/8" with W&H backpaper and documented as being issued among the first 13 in the company series titled "Celebrated...American Generals." Button paper was mounted so that most of the text is on the top side edge rather than displayed on the front top but from a condition standpoint it remains Mint. Button was also used as a premium but with a backpaper naming American Pepsin Gum. Also see rare Custer portrait button #825.
