3" designed for use by a store clerk with a pair of black lines forming a panel where apparently the clerk's name would be written in grease pencil above the additional text printed below on the button which reads "Hoppy's Pal." Silvered metal back is missing numerous tiny dots of color and the celluloid itself has about 20 small pail gray scattered marks, the vast majority being 1/16" or smaller. Button still retains its full color and high gloss. A very limited issue rare button.
