Item Description
This ring has a brass base of the style used in 1953, particularly on Howdy Doody portrait flasher rings. Mounted on top of this example is a thick plastic lens over a picture of a woman in a 2-piece swimsuit. As the ring is moved her entire image shimmies and shakes to the left and right. We've seen this once before but with nowhere near the superb N. Mint luster on this example. Rare.
