Item Description
Copyright 1898. 4" tall, all wooden frame and back. Corners are dovetailed. Clear glass window reveals playing surface with triangular blocks representing ships held in place by brass pins with photo of Admiral Dewey at bottom and die-cut art image of Manila Bay at top. Object is to roll ball between "ships" safely into bay. Reverse side includes text "The Dewey Puzzle Dewey Did It, - Can You?" Includes text for novelty company in Massachusetts. Some lt. aging but overall VF. Great design. First we've seen in our 45 years.
