8.5x11" with four pages has die-cut front cover with wonderful close up Art Deco image with beautifully printed miniature poster designed by noted illustrator Rockwell Kent. Inside front cover has photo of the artist along with biographical data, inside back cover has art image of full size poster and back cover promotes sales of Christmas seals along with sample letterhead of "Los Angeles Tuberculosis And Health Association". Trace of lt. aging. Fine. Great design with wonderful graphics throughout. Scarce.
