Item Description
Each is 3.5x5.25" c. 1913. Delightful images include girl standing between large pumpkin figure and owl, pretty girl and boyfriend with heart on string suspended between them, and milk maid in moonlit field looking at Halloween pumpkins with black cat nearby. All three cards are made in Germany. First card is postally used. Two postcards are VF and one is Fine. Superb graphics. John Winsch was a publisher of superior quality greeting postcards. He first issued postcards in 1910 and continued in business until 1915, copyrighting over 3,000 designs. Many of the Halloween designs were done by American artist Samuel Schmucker.
