Item Description
Each is 2-7/8x4-3/8" c. 1930s. Smitz' title is based on Kate Smith and has 16 pages with art printed one side to the page. Storyline has Kate feeling lonely and happily getting involved with a burglar. Simon title has 8 sheets printed one side to the sheet with her getting involved with Clark Gable. Cover of Kate Smith title has a few tiny oxidation marks next to single staple on front cover and trace of lt. dust soil on back cover, otherwise Exc. Scarce. Simon title has some lt. cover creasing and dust soil. Inside pages are lightly but evenly tanned but not brittle. Several pages have been neatly hand colored in crayon. Near Fine appearance.
