8.5x10-3/8x1.75" deep Milton Bradley box #5031-S c. mid 1930s. Lid has applied paper label with wonderful art by creator Sidney Smith showing Chester and Ching Chow with rifles talking with Old Salt in mine with city of gold in background. Lower right has inset art of Uncle Bim and title area at top has Andy Gump and Min. Lid appears to have had professional restoration at one end and has tiny bit of edge wear. Lid is overall Fine with VF label. Game board is 15-7/8x15-7/8" and includes graphics of desert island, mountains, Chester and friends, pirate with dagger, angry natives, cave and city of gold. Instructions are inside lid. Comes with pair of dice, wooden shaker and four wooden playing pieces. Contents are VF/Exc. Choice graphics throughout.
