12.25x23.5" likely used in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Art includes the “Christy Girl” a feature of most posters Christy created. Text at top reads “ You Can Help/Fight Infantile Paralysis.” Bottom text reads “The Birthday Ball For The President/Thursday Evening, January 30th, 1936/At Hotel Blackstone .” Artist name appears above image of FDR. Oval logo of child with outstretched reads, “The Birthday Ball/For The President/Fight Infantile Paralysis.” Scattered creases. Trace of tan spotting upper left and four narrow white streaks around middle but these are mostly in the printing except tiny paper speck off above FDR’s head. Overall VG. Rare.
