Text includes "See These Animals And The Greatest Gorilla Of Them All Mighty Joe Young In The RKO Radio Picture's Action Packed Screen Spectacle/Mightier Than King Kong." Top right margin has specific theater and starting date. Sheet has margin wear along the right edge but still displays VF. Rare.
