Item Description
11x14" for 1930 Universal film directed by Tod Browning. Superb image has Edward G. Robinson and his gangster pals in a cigar store looking at Mary Nolan. Robinson played Cobra Collins, a well-dressed but ruthless gangster who muscled in on a bank heist conceived by Fingers O'Del. Mary Nolan plays Fingers' gun moll. This film was a remake of an earlier silent version which was also directed by Tod Browning in 1920 and starred Lon Chaney. Blank margins have some dust soil. Card is overall Fine but image area would mat and frame to VF+ appearance. A classic scene from one of Robinson's earliest films.
