Item Description
15.25" tall with flat back. c. 1940s. Front of base has incised text "Miss America". Shows bikini-wearing beauty with sparkle accents on wave, pier base and bikini. These came in a variety of painted styles, this example is very attractive with stripe accents on the pier posts and she is depicted as a blond. Small trace of wear along edges of base but all remains structurally sound. Exc.
