Manufactured in 1980 by Beetland and officially licensed by Toho Studios for distribution only in Japan. 3.25x3.75x1.75" box with header card has clear plastic window revealing black metal sculpture standing 2-3/8" tall. Figure also came in green and gold. Press down on his dorsal fins, and he'll spew out a clean butane flame from his reptilian lips. There is also a small switch in his belly which controls flame length. Box underside flap has tiny tear but otherwise VF+. Lighter is unused and Mint. Great design.
