Item Description
6.75x9-3/8" hard cover with text on spine "Falk-McCoy 1951-56 Vol. 16-21". Contains coverless vintage comic books which are reprints of daily comic strips. First 3/4 of book is devoted to the Phantom written by Lee Falk and drawn by Wilson McCoy and last 1/4 of book is devoted to Rip Kirby drawn by Alex Raymond. All art is in full color including the Phantom's costume in crimson. All text is in Italian. Includes 14 different issues of "Super Albo" and five different issues of Rip Kirby. A few issues are printed on a better quality paper but most are printed on pulp paper. Covers has lt. bumps at corner tips otherwise covers are VF+. First story page is missing tiny bit of surface paper at top edge just a bit into text o/w contents are VF/Exc. High quality printing and very well done. Wonderful art by McCoy and Raymond.
