Item Description
Size 4 c.1950s. 11.25x14x1.5" deep cardboard box has lid design with interesting Indian-related images along with Brave Eagle logo. Inside of box is reinforced with heavy paper tape. Lid has wear around seam edges with seam splits at all four corners and is tanned. VG. Outfit consists of pants with fringes and applied teepee appliques. Top has fringe on bottom with faux suede decorations with rainbow cloth loop design at top and arrow chest appliques. Center of chest has “Brave Eagle” patch. Headdress has appliqued name on front with cloth streaming tail with six feathers on front and six feathers on back. Feathers show some wear from storage, but outfit appears unworn and VF. Elaborate design, scarce as boxed.
