Three items. c. 1950s. All are glazed ceramic. Cookie jar is 10.5" tall overall with Figaro on top and on front with cookie jar designed as ball of yarn. 1" hairline at top edge, no chips. Yarn color is under the glaze. Salt and pepper set figures are each 4.5" tall. A few scattered paint flakes on the four Figaros which are all painted over the glaze as made. On one side of yarn ball main body there are pair of 1/8x1/8" areas where glaze did not cover as made. Jar also has overall typical crazing to the glaze. Still a nice lot in Fine condition. Set was designed by famous cookie jar designer Louise Bauer. Although this is not a marked Disney authorized item, there is no doubt it is modeled on Figaro. Mrs. Bauer did design several authorized Disney cookie jars from the 1950s to the 1970s. Seldom found as a complete set. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
