Item Description
First is an early brass shell mirror with openings on the side edge to hold 15 straight pins with seven pins remaining in the holes. This piece is from the 1890s and has just light general wear. Next is a napkin ring in silvered brass 1-1/8" wide by 1.5" dia. Logo area reads "Garland Stoves And Ranges 'The World's Best.'" Exc. Third is a litho tin and wire wall hook to hold bills. This is 7.25" tall. The unusual litho tin oval is quite early tin lithography and most typically would have been made in celluloid. This has the company name and slogan along with the name "The Michigan Stove Company Detroit-Chicago." Numerous but tiny paint chips and coloration is rather dull. Also see rare Garland pin holder picturing Mrs. Cleveland.
