The moving parts are a small piece of rectangular tin bearing the word "Who" and a tin full figure of a devil all in red with pitchfork, horns and tail. The visible wording on the piece when viewed directly is "Word And Picture Puzzle/Who The (Devil) Are You?" There is additional extensive text on the extreme outer vertical edge of the tin which can be seen only when holding the piece on an angle and reading "'Tip Top' Series-D.R.G.M. No.16649 -English Patent Applied For-Made In Germany-Trade Mark." Scattered pinpoint dots of silvering off the mirror but otherwise essentially Mint. Extremely early and the only example we've seen.
