Item Description
Each of these is from the same series c. 1920s and about 1-7/8" long. All are working. First shows a devil holding a pitchfork. There are tiny cutouts for the eyes and mouth and when the clicker is activated the holes within the eyes move very slightly and an extended piece within his mouth moves up and down as if his tongue is moving. Second item shows pretty much the same devil but without the cutouts on the face. Third is a boxer. Fourth is a black bellhop. Fifth is a man holding a dog largely with blue background. Sixth is different man with different dog and he wears green jacket. Seventh is black man with rather fierce expression on his face. Eighth is a clown and ninth is a man holding a bottle labeled "Water." This last one has a somewhat rough paint surface although nearly all the paint still remains. The other pieces are largely Exc. A scarce early group.
