This interesting item is c. 1935 and manufactured by Kilgore who are known for their many cowboy style cap guns. This "gun" is 8" long and comes with original illustrated box featuring Mickey's nephew firing the gun in his direction. Lt. box aging, Fine. Metal gun has barrel covered by paper label, end cap has Mickey decal on one side. The cap was to be removed and a small .75" dia. rubber "Bubblet" was to be attached. When the handle was pumped, it in turn caused the Bubblet to expand and pop. Box notes that 48 "Bubblets" were originally included but no longer present. Gun label shows very lt. wear, VF while rest of gun displays as NM. Neat toy and scarce.
