Item Description
2-sided litho tin centered by wafer thin cardboard insert holding straight pins with 14 of probable 18 remaining in position. One side pictures figural globe with inset close up of lion head logo plus lettering for sponsor "Kemp & Burpee M'f'g. Co." The slogan on this side is "Pin Your Fate To Success Spreaders." This side has 1/16" color dot off upper right and tiny gray mark on lower right but still displays NM. The other side shows the horse-drawn wagon with driver spreading manure as he crosses over the North American continent with text to the side "The Success Spreader Fertilizes The Earth." About a half dozen tiny wear dots on this side but still extremely Fine. Early 1900s.
