Item Description
Each piece is about 2.5" tall. First is the logo for "Glide Auto." This item is c. 1909. Second reads "Halladay/Streator Motor Car Co." This item is c. 1910 and references a company in Streator, Illinois. We found an Internet notation that the Halladay Press Car, Model D, seven passenger was taken from the stock of this firm and entered in the Glidden Tour to carry the "Newspaper Men At The Last Moment." This one has lost some luster. Last is "Tower" c. 1918. Near full luster remains on the first and last items in the group. All are early and scarce.
