4" done as a litho with soldered barpin on reverse and curl naming Chicago maker Cruver. Front text reads "Hi Skelly! What Is Tailor-Making?" The slogan refers to the company's promotional idea of oil products 'Tailor-Made' for environmental conditions in local communities. Paint has about half a dozen tiny scratches all 1/16" or less and for a litho remains in Exc., bright and glossy condition. Rare.
