Pair by Parker Brothers from 1933-1934. Boxes are about 13x15x1” deep. Both have great art and are designed w/paper labels covering entire inside box bottoms which serve as the game boards. First is “Walt Disney’s Own Three Little Pigs And Who’s Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf.” Complete. Board features large image of the Wolf at center surrounded by story scenes. Of interesting note are the story scenes which feature "Porky" pig, a Parker Bros. created character for this game that pre-dates the Warner Bros. character by two years. This character is also featured on the lid with text "Porky An Amusing And Exclusive Feature By Parker Bros. Inc. Instruction booklet, VG. Lid has split along most of bottom edge and other box wear. VG. Lt. wear on spinner but wood playing pieces and board are Exc. Second is “Walt Disney’s Own Red Riding Hood With Big Bad Wolf And 3 Little Pigs.” Great box art including the Wolf as grandmother in bed. Box bottom has three 1" edge splits. Lid has 2.5" split along top edge. Box Fine. Board features small but very detailed illustrations along the game "path." These include wolf head "Danger Spaces" and story scenes. Missing just a generic spinner. Lt. wear on instruction booklet and wood playing pieces, board is Exc. Both are rare.
