8.5x11.5". 44 pages on glossy paper. Published by Hal Horne Inc. Full color art appears on both inside and outside of cover while contents are bw w/color accents in red/blue. Inside front cover features illustration of Mickey in drag, obviously modeled after Marlene Dietrich and he is called "Mimickey Mickey." Inside back cover is ad for the first Ingersoll Mickey Mouse watch w/leather straps. Contents feature great art throughout of Mickey and other characters including several full page illustrations. Center features two-page ad for Mickey Mouse sweatshirt and Donald Duck jacket, other ads include Knickerbocker dolls, Mickey jewelry, ties and pens. Superb cover of Mickey as a cowboy. Cover has .5" split at top spine edge and 1.5" split at bottom edge. Trace of staple rust. Trace of dust soiling/aging to covers mostly along margin edges. Cover retains a bright appearance w/bold, strong color. Fine appearance. Contents have tiny trace of margin aging but remain exceptionally bright and clean. VF/NM. Overstreet value in Fine=$846, VF=$2,400. Classic second issue w/great content. Scarce.
