The highlight of this book is a set of 12 choice full color plates tipped in throughout the book each with a tissue guard which is a parchment-like paper sheet that lays over top and includes that particular character's name printed at bottom. These plates are for Snow White and each of the Seven Dwarfs, the Queen, the Witch, the Prince, cottage scene with forest animals. Additionally, the book features bw art which are the working drawings and notes that served as the basis for the future efforts that lead to the film. Dust jacket moderate allover aging and scattered margin wear w/some small tears. Trace of moisture spotting along spine edge. Tiny pieces missing at spine and corner tips. Inside flaps have not been clipped. DJ VG. The book has a wheat buckram cover with title in black. This cover shows just tiniest traces of aging and minor corner bumps. Cover is Exc. The bw pages have just the slightest traces of aging and book remains an exceptionally tight and clean copy. Contents are choice, NM condition. One of the nicest Disney books ever produced. Rare especially with DJ, one of just a few copies we have been able to offer in our 45 years.
