Item Description
1.5" tall irregularly shaped piece of brass with a slightly rippled texture to it reads on the front "Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition." Below this is a portrait with name below "Chief." He is flanked by the date "1909". Bottom of the piece reads "Seattle, U.S.A. Extends A Welcome To The World." On the back of the piece is extensive text "Approved Design/Fac-simile Of An Alaska Nugget/Pollock & Son/M'n'f'r S/P.O. Box 338/Seattle. Wash./Pat. Applied For." Small bit of scratching on three reverse outer edges away from the text and not very deep. The front of the piece displays NM. Unusual and rare.
