Item Description
3x4.5" stiff card which has glue streaks on its blank reverse but these just discolor the cardboard slightly. The front of the piece displays essentially Mint. The top folded over section reads "New York World's Fair 1939, Inc./Official Orange/Official Blue." Below this are two actual swatches of fabric. Below the fabric is text "Issued By The Department Of Fashion And Merchandising." Rare and only example we've seen.
