Item Description
1.75" with W&H backpaper which is a little tanned and has about eight small dark dots. The celluloid remains totally clean and glossy although center area is raised up the slightest bit compared to the surfaces to the left and right. None of this detracts whatsoever from the gorgeous scene dominated by full figure of woman standing on one foot covered only by skimpy gauzy veil and with her golden blond hair blowing in the wind set against a yellow full moon while the surrounding blue nighttime sky is accented by fireworks exploding above the city buildings to amuse the throng of people portrayed in a tiny area next to her lower foot. The name "Wichita" at top is accented left and right by wheat stalks while in her left arm she holds corn stalks featuring large ears of corn and in her right hand she holds a small black mask. Only the third example we've seen. Our last in Auction 189 exceeded $350. Among the best color and graphic design buttons ever produced.
