Item Description
Each piece depicts a brownie policeman holding a billy club. The slightly smaller is 2-1/8" tall. On this his face is in brass with tiny black enamel accents. The slightly larger is 2-3/16" tall. On this the face is in white enamel. No markings. 1890s. Exc.
