3" with metal back and bar pin. No maker's name. Front reads "Bishop Neumann/1968/How Hip Can Ya Get." Center shows shaggy-haired hippie with facial hair, cracked sunglasses lenses and three flies buzzing around his head. Tiny scattered surface marks show only in reflected light. Extremely Fine and displays Mint. First we've seen.
