2.25" tall reading "Free-Howdy Doody Twin Pop Or Fudge Bar With 10 Of These." Scattered dark marks on the blank silver reverse but the front displays essentially Mint. These are relatively scarce as they were meant to be collected and turned in. First we've seen in many years and our last exceeded $100.
