Celluloid ring with solid band is size 5.5. Around the top is a white line surrounding a wider black border which then surrounds an oval domed area holding real photo without dot pattern of a young Bob Steele wearing cowboy hat and western shirt. The interior surface of the celluloid has some striation lines on the surface but this seems to be as made and the exterior of the ring displays glossy and essentially Mint. Only example we've seen.
