Item Description
First is the 1948 branding iron ring. This pictures Roy on one side and Trigger on the other. Top has miniature branding iron with "RR" initials on a black metal end cap that pulls off to reveal a plastic segment inscribed by the letter "F" with a small line above it. This is used in conjunction with an ink pad on the cap interior for stamping. Ink has dried out and ring has slight luster loss but still an Extremely Fine example. Second is 1949 magnifying ring. Brass base has Roy's initials on one side while other side shows "Trigger." Top has red plastic compartment in three segments that fold open to serve as a magnifying glass. Small bit of luster off the lower band but still in Exc. condition. Last is the large 1951 Quaker cannon ring which technically is a Gabby Hayes premium. This has the Quaker man on one side of the brass base and other side shows cannon barrel with cereal shooting from its mouth. Large frame on ring top has plastic segment holding brass cannon barrel. One end has a spring loaded plunger which when pulled and released will shoot small objects far into space. Most luster is off the ring base but clean brass finish and the brass version of the cannon barrel is somewhat scarcer than the aluminum version. A nice trio.
