Auction #203 - Part II
Item numbers 1429 through 3205 in auction 203
Item Description
2-1/8" dia. oval bracelet has a die-cut brass piece at the top which is hinged on left side and pops open on right side so it can be fitted to the wrist. At the top of a circular brass panel is raised enamel portrait of Annie very realistically colored with flesh tone for her face and translucent yellow enamel for her hair. The bracelet is NM and displays Mint. This comes in a beautifully designed 2-7/8" square by 7/8" deep cardboard box. Box top does have a 2.25" narrow strip of cellophane tape which crosses part of her name and her hair but otherwise the box shows just light general wear. Interior holds cardboard sheet repeating the art on the box lid and with a pair of small openings where there were once a pair of small ties to hold the bracelet to the card. Card has light tanning but remains Fine. The first time we've seen both the bracelet and the box. Mid-1930s and rare.
