1941 Ovaltine premium is all brass with large wing designs on each side while the top has a brass cover over a blade which spins when blown to produce a siren whistle. These do require significant lung power to operate. Ring has tiny luster loss mostly from extreme edge of the round top cover. The majority of the luster loss shows only with magnification. Overall the appearance is lustrous and condition is Exc. approaching NM. With the ring comes folded paper inscribed "Please Give This To Your Mother" containing a promotional message from Ovaltine. Second insert is a 2.25x4.5" folder that opens to 6.75" and tells "The Story Behind Your 'Whirlwind' Whistling Ring." The back of the folder gives Captain Midnight's "Secret Signals."
