This badge comes with or without blue stars around the edge and this is the version with stars. Famous radio program creator's name of "Phillips H. Lord's" appears at the badge top. Center has eagle flanked by pair of stylized microscopes symbolic of 1930's crime fighting technology. Shows luster loss but a great deal of luster remains.
