Adjustable metal base in gold luster has circular compartment on the top with lid featuring Bazooka Joe character. This lifts off and there is a rubber insert on the interior marked with the letter "B" printed in reverse to be stamped using the felt ink pad held within the brass lid. Ink pad has dried out but otherwise ring is in essentially Mint condition with the stamp "B" showing little if any actual use. With the ring comes a 1.75x2.5 slightly waxed slip of paper giving details on how to order a "#206 Gold-Plated I.D. Initial Ring Free!" Slip has a couple of fold lines and creases but remains Fine. Both of these rings were in use from around the early 1950s until about 1962. Pair.
