Item Description
c. 1967. Yellow version Remco 3" long die-cast metal and plastic similar in design to Corgi and Husky models but this is by Remco and was sold through the mail and offered on cereal boxes ©Columbia Pictures. Remco issued this car in four different colors. Each side has "Monkees" logo sticker. Features working glow-in-the-dark roof. Exc. Comes with original plain box stamped "Item No. 2027 Made In Hong Kong" and written on top in ink "Monkees Car". Fine. Corgi Juniors 3" long diecast metal and plastic in similar in design to full size Corgi. See item #3161. Has racing slick "Whizzwheels". Bit of lt. paint wear to top of motor and front and back fender points. Fine. From The Carl Lobel Collection.
