Original brown mailer box with 1973 Montgomery Ward Christmas catalog WGSH offering containing 1st issue 8" tall posable figure. ©NPP 1973. Item #48-24424. Superman is in his original bag. Box has original sticker and stamped stock numbers. Overall Exc. Mint Type 1 figure. This is the finest example you could find of this set. From the Benjamin Holcomb collection and comes with a signed COA. Featured in his book "Mego 8" Super-Heroes: World's Greatest Toys!" and this is the actual example shown on page 23.
