5.5x9" with thin cord holding cover sheet over twelve monthly sheets. "William McKinley - Commander In Chief" appears on embossed cover with 1899 date. Pictured on the following 12 monthly sheets are: Admiral Dewey, Major General Miles, Rear Admiral Samson, Major General Shafter, Rear Admiral Schley, General Joe Wheeler, Lieutenant R.P. Hobson, General Fitz Hugh Lee, Com. J.W. Philip, Col. Theodore Roosevelt, Captain Charles D. Sigsbee, and Major General Merritt. Cover has age spotting and 1x1" surface paper off upper right. Most sheets have 5-10% of area with lt. tan age marks. Back cover has four small pieces off margin edge. Overall VG. Rare.
