Item Description
4" tall. Originally made by Stangl Pottery in 1934 to celebrate "Repeal." This lot includes FDR, Al Smith, Maryland Governor Albert Ritchie, and former Secretary of War Newton Baker. Three other caricatures are known in the set. A few tiny areas on top edge of Ritchie mug are missing glaze. Two similar tiny 1/8" spots on Baker. FDR and Smith are Mint. A large FDR pitcher was also issued as part of this set. Scarce.
