4x5" envelope from "Dura-Products/Canton, Ohio." Two .5" clear tape fragments (likely original) at top. Next is 3.5" dia. reflective license reading "Roosevelt For President." Has small rubs visible in reflected light, but still VF. Last is 3.5" dia. "Roosevelt." Back is marked "Flashad/Dura-Products Mfg. Co. Canton, O." NM.
