Published by Marvel Comics Feb., 1974. Issue features first appearance of fan-favorite, the skull-wearing vigilante known as The Punisher. Issue also features first appearance of Spider-Man villain The Jackal. Good cover gloss with lt. handling wear with pinch creases to spine, a small indent wear mark at top and bottom center from resting on something in storage. Back cover has lt. wear and a .25" tear at edge and a lt. top corner crease. Great eye appeal and a very nice middle grade book. Fine.
