Lot of five. First two are matched set. 1938 N.Y. plates. Scuffed/worn. VG. Next is NW 1939. Pitted. Good. Third is NY 1940 pitted plate (not as noticeable due to black bkg.) Good. Last is "California World's Fair 1939" pitted/paint loss at top right. Good.
